 Bolashak
is a privately owned group of companies (comprising Bolashak
K and Bolashak Atyrau) with extensive experience in the
provision of multidiscipline personnel to national and
multi-national Clients in the Oil & Gas and other
industries in Kazakhstan. Through our business activities
we have been involved with many of the major offshore
and onshore development projects located in the Caspian
region.
We have six permanent offices in country run by three
expatriate personnel and approximately 50 Kazakh personnel.
These offices provide all the expertise to provide the
legislative compliance required for our operations within
Kazakhstan for the supply of expatriate engineering
personnel and Kazakh national personnel to our clients.

 The
key to Bolashak’s success has been the ability to identify
and employ the highest of calibre staff with a wide
and varied background of expertise.
Our personnel have a wide range of experience in Human
Resources and other areas. Many have received overseas
training in business, engineering, accountancy and languages.
It is Bolashak’s policy to identify its own personnel’s
key strengths and develop the strengths of each individual
to build a strong and committed team.
All personnel are fluent in Russian, Kazakh and English.
