Bolashak has a proven history of supplying high caliber personnel to major projects in Kazakhstan. We have developed a strong operational support team, with wide experience and the skills required to successfully manage a large multi-cultural workforce. We have recruited and trained key multi-lingual personnel from Kazakhstan, led by a team of expatriate and Kazakh management, who have many years of experience in doing business in Kazakhstan.

We have recently introduced Bolashak International to the market place. The office is located in Central London and it has been established to enhance the services we provide to our Clients, and to increase Bolashak’s international exposure.

The provision of manpower and recruitment services is our core business. We are able to supply both technical and non-technical personnel including, but not limited to, Engineering, Design, Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance, Operations, Drilling, Geology, Exploration, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Administration and Logistics Support. We provide manpower of all levels from labour to skilled tradesmen to engineers and management.
RECRUITMENT
Bolashak has a team of recruitment staff with a proven record of success in ensuring that the personnel proposed for vacancies have the relevant skills and qualifications, combined with the appropriate industry experience. Meeting our Clients’ needs is the key element of our manpower services. To this end, we assign dedicated recruitment personnel to our Clients, to gain a complete understanding of our Clients’ resource requirements and work closely with our Clients to source the most appropriate people for the project, team and environment in which they will be working.
OUTSOURCING
Because of the complication involved in employing personnel in new countries and remote locations, and because of the administrative burden of employing large numbers of personnel for specific projects, our Clients often like to outsource the employment of their personnel. This allows our Clients to concentrate on their core activities, and means we take over full responsibility for all aspects of employing the personnel.
COMMISSIONING SERVICES
Bolashak provides a complete package of commissioning services, including supply of manpower, materials, test equipment, commissioning procedures, permits and logistics support.
We have completed many Commissioning projects successfully, and continue to manage many ongoing projects in the Oil and Gas and other industries.
INSPECTION & QA/QC SERVICES
Bolashak’s Inspection and QA/QC division provides the manpower, equipment and logistical support, to provide a range of QA/QC inspection services.
