• Bolashak is one of the few providers of a complete commissioning service package in Kazakhstan covering all aspects of the service, including supply of all materials, test equipment and commissioning procedures, full administration and logistics support, translation and language support.
• Bolashak has been active for nine years, initially as Swift, in the former Soviet Union in terms of providing support to large oil & gas installations. As a result of our uniquely wide experience in the former Soviet Union, we have developed a large database of English-speaking Russian engineering and commissioning technical specialists.

• Previous and current projects for commissioning and start up personnel peaked at over 200 commissioning and support staff supplied by Bolashak at any one time.

• Fully proven track record on previous large projects in the Caspian region with several Commissioning contracts successfully completed in Kazakhstan (in Tengiz and Karachaganak).

SCOPE OF COMMISSIONING SERVICES PROVIDED

Our commissioning services provide full support from pre – start up to ongoing production operations.
Our services include all of the following support:

• Sourcing of skilled technicians and engineers from Kazakhstan, Russia and Eastern Europe
• Supervision and management of commissioning teams
• Payroll and administration of personnel
• Obtaining work permits for personnel of other nationalities (eg. Russia, Ukraine, Eastern Europe)
• Supply of protective clothing, tools and specialist equipment
• Supply of support personnel and services, such as translators, vehicles and drivers, accommodation and messing
• Processing of permits to work, technical licenses and completion documentation

CAPABILITY IN PROVIDING QUALITY PERSONNEL

We have a readily available resource of personnel skilled in mechanical completions, commissioning and production support.

A large number of our personnel are conversant in English and are fully trained and certified.

Bolashak understands the need to promote and increase local content. Bolashak will provide support to achieve this goal, including training and mentoring of local staff to increase the local content as much as possible on each Commissioning contract. This model has been used by Bolashak successfully and extensively in other recent projects in Kazakhstan.
