The assigned project portfolio is normally single-discipline Field Facilities works in the gathering system & metering stations. Focus will be on civil/mechanical project engineering, (may include related field utility and interfacing with safety and control systems), additions and upgrades in support of increasing or maintaining Tengiz and Korolev oil field production. Responsible for schedule development, reporting and control to meet business plan objectives.
Prepare project appropriation requests and justifications. Prepares estimates for yearly budget. Responsible for cost control, forecasting and reporting to align apppropriations with approved budget.
: Handles multiple concurrent projects of small-medium size and scope. Projects sometimes involve multiple types of equipment and contracts. All commitments/expenditures are reviewed by supervisor.
Designs, constructs, and modifies moderate equipment and facilities such as pipelines and metering stations
Identify contracting strategies for Field Facilities work which optimize the utilization of resources, minimize cost and develop Republic of Kazakhstan goods and services. Implement strategies in the management of contracts, changes. Responsible to prepare contract WA and contract management in accordance with FE and TCO requirements.
