Bolashak’s experience in providing payroll services

• The Bolashak group has employed and employs and payrolled a total of approximately 1,600 national personnel in Kazakhstan at peak.

• Bolashak has employed and payrolled a total of approx 700 expatriates in Kazakhstan at peak.

• Bolashak managed two major payroll contracts for KPO. KPO outsourced the majority of its national payroll (approx 1,000 personnel) to Bolashak. Under this contract, Bolashak was responsible for all aspects of employing the individuals, including payroll and tax calculations, salary and tax payments, employment contracts, as well as employee insurance, trade union issues, pension calculations and payments and all other statutory obligations.

• Bolashak is a supplier of manpower, not solely a recruitment agency, and provides a complete manpower secondment service, which includes a complete payroll service, as well as all other aspects of employing personnel in Kazakhstan

• Because we have contracts with a number of different Clients, and because we adapt our payroll procedures to meet the needs of our Clients, we have payroll procedures and systems in place that can easily be utilized to address a variety of payroll requirements.

Bolashak’s resource

• All our offices are fully automated and we operate sophisticated payroll and electronic banking software.

• We have installed Robertson and Blums Payroll Software in our offices, and this software has been adapted to meet the payrolling requirements of the various projects we support throughout Kazakhstan.

• Our payroll team all have several years’ experience in running payroll for a large number of employees. They are trained and experienced in operating a variety of payroll software products including Roberston and Blums, Scala and 1S.

Description of Services

Bolashak tailors the scope of its payroll service to each individual Client’s needs. However, there are two basic service packages which we can offer and adapt to your specific needs:

1. Complete outsourcing of payroll

Under this Option, Bolashak would be responsible for all aspects of employing and payrolling your personnel. Specifically, Bolashak would be responsible for the following:

• Holding employment contracts
• Payroll and tax calculations
• Payment of payroll and tax
• Arrangement and payment of employment insurances
• Calculation and processing of pension contributions
• Management and administration of all other employment and statutory obligations (trade union issues, holiday pay, termination procedures, etc.).

2. Outsourcing of payroll support only

This Option is based on Bolashak providing a payroll support service only. Our Client would continue to employ the personnel directly. Bolashak would provide the following services:

• Calculation of gross salary
• Calculation of income tax and social tax
• Calculation of pension fund
• Calculation of overtime, holiday pay, and any other payroll-related benefits
• Preparation of payroll reports
• Administration and processing of timesheets
• Production and issue of payslips
• Production and issue of annual tax calculation statements
• Production and issue of salary and tax statements upon employee’s termination
• Maintenance of database with employee and payroll records
