RA Certification Coordinator

• Provides support and assistance to RA Certification Lead as requested • Proper implementation of the RoK Certification process for all purchase orders • Supervise and train junior members of the team if required • Responsible for all certification activities associated with a specific set of Purchase Orders (POs) from Material Requisition (MR) sign-off to approval of all certificates for these POs • Keeps track of all activities in Master Register / Certification Trackers as applicable • Interfaces with Tengiz workgroups regarding provision of certificates and sampling activities

Shall be educated to degree level and must be fluent in both English and Russian languages. Minimum 5 years previous experience on major oil and gas project is essential. Previous experience in RoK/EAC Certification or Procurement related role on a major capital project is essential. Proactive, responsible, person with a keen attention to detail, and flexibility to adjust approach during execution of activities, as well as multitask, whilst maintaining priorities.
