3GP SC El Lead Project Engineer

Accountable for interfacing with all the teams to confirm progress against plan, connect the dots between different teams, and ensure that all the key stakeholders are aware. Ensure clear demarcation of responsibilities and accountabilities between contractors, multiple delivery teams, transition team, and Operations. Facilitates coordination meetings for the project team to address transition issues, gain alignment on decisions and resolve issues in a timely manner. Distillation of key information from design changes including DCNs, COW, JPKs, RIMs, TQ/RFIs to impacted site teams not limited to materials tracking, construction, IWP development / revision, QVD / punchlist allocation, redline submission, RWE submissions. Ensuring that all integrated related risks are mitigated and managed by the appropriate teams. May own risks that impact multiple teams. Ensure that all elated interfaces are documented and managed across all interface points. May own interfaces that impact multiple delivery teams. To contribute to consistent safety management, environmental protection, health, reliability, and efficiency to achieve world class performance in support of TCO Operational Excellence strategies.

Engineering Degree required. Major Capital Project experience in Brown and Greenfield environments, including engineering and construction experience in Phase 4, have experience with engineering & construction teams cooperations. Ability to communicate with multi-cultural teams and contractors. The role is continuously evolving to align with requirements of the project and requires someone that is flexible, innovative, and strong attention to detail. Experience with high H2S installations beneficial. Experience with Brownfield Plant design and construction knowledge essential. Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve to project issues and problems. Innovative thinker, with an ability to develop creative engineering solutions. Ensure alignment with stakeholder requirements, monitor progress and adjust resource allocation to meet commitments. Ability to work independently and understand deadlines.
