Job Description
Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Coordination with Company disciplines and EPC contractors on matters related to engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, project and financial control;
Coordination with EPC contractors on procurement and supply of equipment and materials for the Project;
Monitoring the supplier market for goods, works, and services relevant to the Project;
Controlling compliance of contractors with procurement procedures and material/equipment supply, logistics, works and services for Project implementation; participating in the development of procurement plans;
Conducting prequalification of suppliers, procurement procedures, placement and administration of purchase orders for goods, works, and services by contractors, and expediting;
Preparation and monitoring of equipment and material production schedules for the Project;
Managing the quality control system for equipment and materials for the Project; coordinating with Company and contractor disciplines on quality control and non-conformance management;
Coordinating interaction between Kazakhstani suppliers and the Company’s contractors to increase local content in the Project;
Organizing interaction with government authorities and relevant institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure compliance with quality assurance requirements for goods, works, and services;
Organizing collaboration with Company divisions and EPC contractors in terms of logistics, customs clearance, and accounting of equipment and materials;
Personnel management within the area of responsibility;
Preparing and submitting reports on the Project.
Education:
Higher education in technical fields (Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mechanics) or in Economics.
Additional Professional Training:
Advanced training in Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical or oil & gas processing industry;
Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement (EP, EPC);
Proven experience in the implementation of EPC projects in the oil and gas chemical sector;
Experience in a managerial or deputy managerial role in procurement, material and technical supply, or equipment completion units.
