Deputy Director of the Material and Technical Supply Department for Pyrolysis

Interaction with Company disciplines and EPC contractors on matters related to design, procurement, logistics, construction, project, and financial control; Coordination with EPC contractors to ensure timely provision and complete delivery of equipment and materials for the Project; Monitoring the market of suppliers of goods, works, and services for participation in the Project; Controlling contractor compliance with procurement and material/equipment supply procedures, logistics, and services delivery, as well as participating in the development of procurement plans for goods, works, and services; Conducting pre-qualification of suppliers of goods, works, and services, overseeing procurement procedures, placement, and administration of purchase orders by contractors, including expediting; Developing and monitoring production schedules for equipment and materials for the Project; Managing the quality control system for equipment and materials, coordinating with Company and contractor disciplines for quality assurance and non-conformance management; Coordinating interactions between Kazakhstani suppliers of goods, works, and services and the Company’s contractors, with a focus on increasing local content in the Project; Organizing communication with government bodies and relevant institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure compliance with quality and procurement requirements for goods, works, and services for the Project; Facilitating interaction with Company divisions and EPC contractors regarding logistics, customs clearance, and tracking of equipment and materials; Managing personnel within the area of responsibility; Preparing and maintaining project-related reports.

Education: Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, Mechanics) or Economic background. Additional Professional Training: Advanced training in procurement and supply chain management. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical / oil & gas processing industry; Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement (EP, EPC); Proven track record in implementation of EPC projects in petrochemical / oil & gas sectors; Experience in leadership roles as Head / Deputy Head of procurement, material and technical supply, or equipment provisioning departments.
