Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Interaction with Project disciplines and contractors in areas of design, construction, project and cost control;
Coordination of inspection activities in strict compliance with the requirements defined in regulatory, design, and order documentation, standards, specifications, and other documents referenced in EPC contracts and purchase orders;
Preparation of technical specifications for inspection activities, selection of technical and regulatory documentation;
Review and control of inspection-related documentation (including Inspection and Test Plans) submitted by contractors and suppliers;
Management of contracts for independent inspection and quality audit services;
Organization of inspections;
Verification of documentation completeness;
Verification of accuracy and content of technical and shipping documentation;
Quality control, including visual and dimensional inspections;
Timely preparation of inspection reports;
Communication regarding equipment quality management issues;
Participation in the analysis of defects and claims;
Involvement in the development of solutions for deviations from design documentation;
Coordination of activities related to resolving nonconformities with design documentation;
Issuance of proposals for corrective actions to eliminate nonconformities;
Maintenance of project-related reporting.
Education:
• Higher technical education (Quality Management, Standardization/Certification, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas).
Additional professional training:
• Certification and advanced training in inspection control.
Work experience:
Minimum 5 years ofexperience in the oil and gas / petrochemical industry, including at least 5 years in project procurement (EP, EPC);
Experience in petrochemical / gas chemical project implementation (preferred);
At least 3 years of experience as an inspector or inspection coordinator;
Experience in interaction with design documentation developers and decision-making on non-conformities;
Experience in manufacturing, inspection, and operation of unique equipment for oil and gas chemical production, power engineering, and metallurgy.
