Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Ensure compliance of equipment and materials with regulatory and technical documentation requirements within the Pyrolysis Subproject (hereinafter – the Project);
Monitor the support and control of regulatory and technical documentation for procurement procedures of goods, works, and services (GWS) within the Project, including:
accounting, storage, and timely updating of current documents;
issuance and withdrawal of documentation in accordance with general EPC contract requirements and equipment/material supply orders;
Conduct activities to identify non-conformances in equipment and material documentation during contract execution under the Project:
preparation of technical scopes of work for inspection of equipment;
selection of technical documentation (TD) and working design documentation (WDD);
organization of inspections to verify document completeness and compliance with technical and shipping documentation;
timely review of inspection-related documents (including Inspection and Test Plans) submitted by contractors and suppliers, and preparation of inspection reports;
development of corrective measures based on identified non-conformances;
Participate, within the area of responsibility:
in supplier audits and assessments to ensure compliance with applicable standards;
in the review of project documentation related to analysis of non-conformances (including defects), claims, and proposals for corrective actions;
Monitor and assess, within the Project and area of responsibility:
current processes and improvement proposals to enhance the overall efficiency of material and technical support;
risks related to supply quality and timelines;
Participate in the development and implementation of internal methodological documents for inspection control procedures under the Project;
Administer service contracts with independent inspection/audit providers within the area of responsibility;
Coordinate with:
contractors on equipment quality management issues;
contractors conducting inspections, audits, and expediting of GWS suppliers and manufacturers;
Company departments, in accordance with approved technical, financial, and economic processes and workflows;
Timely submission of reports on assigned activities to senior management (including the Deputy Director for Pyrolysis);
Fully perform the duties of the Inspection Control Coordinator during their temporary absence;
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements, as stipulated by Company regulations;
Perform other duties and assignments as instructed by direct or senior management (including the Deputy Director for Pyrolysis).
Education: Higher (postgraduate) education
Additional Professional Training:
International inspector certification systems (non-destructive testing, welding and mechanical works, corrosion protection and coatings);
Quality management systems (preferably);
Work Experience: More than 5 years of relevant experience.
