Deputy Director of the Material and Technical Supply Department for General and Admin Services

Interaction with Company disciplines and EPC contractors regarding engineering, procurement, logistics, construction, project and financial control; Coordination with EPC contractors on the provision and supply of equipment and materials for the Project; Market monitoring of suppliers of goods, works, and services for participation in the Project; Control over contractors’ compliance with procedures for procurement, supply of materials and equipment, logistics, works and services required for Project execution; participation in the development of procurement plans; Conducting pre-qualification of suppliers, procurement procedures, placement and administration of purchase orders for goods, works, and services by contractors, and expediting; Preparation and monitoring of production schedules for Project equipment and materials; Management of the quality control system for Project equipment and materials; coordination with Company and contractor disciplines on quality assurance and control, and non-conformance management; Coordination of interaction between Kazakhstani suppliers of goods, works, and services and Company contractors; enhancement of local content in the Project; Organization of interaction with government authorities and relevant agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure compliance with quality assurance and control requirements for goods, works, and services for the Project; Organization of interaction with Company and EPC contractor departments in terms of logistics, customs clearance, and inventory accounting for equipment and materials; Personnel management within the area of responsibility; Project reporting and documentation.

Education: Higher technical education (in Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Mechanics), or Economics. Additional Professional Training: Advanced training in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the petrochemical and/or oil & gas processing industry; At least 5 years of experience in project procurement (EP, EPC); Proven experience in the implementation of EPC projects in the oil and gas chemical sector; Experience in managerial or deputy managerial roles within Procurement, Material and Technical Support, or Project Supply divisions.
