Terms and Conditions
Interaction with Project disciplines and contractors regarding engineering, construction, project and financial control; Coordination of expediting activities; Liaison with Third-Party Inspection Agencies (TPIAs) to address project-specific inspection and expediting requirements; Monitoring the execution of all EPC contracts and purchase orders in accordance with contractual obligations, applicable norms and standards, approved manufacturing and delivery schedules, as well as project engineering and construction needs; Consolidation of up-to-date information on inspections and expediting activities, participation in meetings, and preparation of reports for management; Communication with contractor and supplier management to resolve identified blocking issues; Close collaboration with project procurement specialists, engineering department, project control department, incoming quality control, and all involved departments to promptly address and eliminate identified bottlenecks; Review of expediting reports; Support of the team and ensuring full compliance with Project procedures and instructions, as well as applicable international and Kazakhstani norms and standards by Client, Contractor, and Supplier personnel; Project reporting and documentation.
Education: Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Oil & Gas) or Economics. Additional Professional Training: Legal or economic education; training in procurement (CIPS or equivalent). Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the oil & gas or oil refining industry; At least 5 years of experience in project procurement (EP, EPC); Experience in the implementation of oil and gas chemical projects is preferred; At least 3 years of experience as an Inspector or Inspection Coordinator.
