· Works as a member of a multi-functional team to develop estimates on projects or portfolio of projects of medium to high complexity in compliance with TCO policies, procedures and strategies.
· Develops, documents, and communicates estimates to Project Organization Functional and Delivery teams.
o Develop: works with project teams to obtain all necessary information to support the estimate, including the scope of impact of the change driving the estimate
o Document: carefully documents and records performed work to ensure traceability and alignment with critical processes (to include trending, Cost and Project Management of Change)
o Communicate: ensures that the estimate when complete is properly communicated to affected parties
• Higher Education (preferably technical)
• Relevant work experience - not less than 4 years
