RAPMD Technical Development Lead

The role is hands-on requiring, in addition to software engineering and database knowledge, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills and a commitment to Product quality. Ideally you will have experience of a cloud-based solution, Back End systems and also databases in a previous agile product development environment. Must be a strong communicator, fluent in both English and Russian languages, with ability to use tact and garner support from all stakeholders. Minimum 5 years previous experience in database application development as a developer and experience as a leader within an Agile team an advantage. Must be willing to learn and adapt to situations, showing flexibility and fixity as require

• Software engineering skills – SQL, Java and .net • Must have experience with cloud computing (Azure/IAAS/SAAS) • Microsoft 365 (Office365/Windows 10) and Identity Management (Microsoft Azure AD) • Strong technical background knowledge related to Databases, REST APIs and Cloud technologies • Experienced with scrum/kanban, stakeholder management and support experience • Ability to have meaningful technology and design discussions and evaluate solutions • Profound understanding of agile product management principles and UX best practices • Experienced in delivering PRDs/User stories for engineering and QA teams with prioritized features and corresponding justification • Experience with analytics tools, and making data-driven decisions • Meticulous, structured and detail-oriented, while also having the ability to see the big-picture • Leadership, enthusiasm, proactivity and a can-do attitude • Able to work in a dynamic, high paced environment and adjust to changing requirements driven by a fast-moving environment
