Delivery Conversion Lead

Forward planning and knowledge of the workplace environment will be used to support the effort. 3.2 Be familiar with FGP Project Execution plans, procedures, turnover / handover work processes and project schedules. Identify and develop the delivery validation Work Processes and Procedures for the Conversion Scope which will enable a smooth transition from Systems Completion to FGP Operations to the IMPACT Team. Work closely with Field Facilities and Project teams to align the work processes for the verification of completion of Project deliverables. 3.3 Support the Conversion team, Project teams and TCO Base Business organization to understand and deliver the agreed Project and Operations Deliverables through approved validation work processes and procedures; consult and be able to influence all involved responsible stakeholders if needed

• University Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Engineering/Technical background) • Level of English – Advanced • 10 years’ experience in Supervision • 15 – 20 years proven work experience in Oil & Gas Environment – in the Project Environment / Lifecycle, especially Major Capital Projects (MCP). • In-depth knowledge of relevant specifications, codes and appropriate safety criteria, Oil& Gas Facilities Maintenance practices and procedures. • Proven Experience with Turnarounds and Impact Process used at TCO - Required. • Proven Experience with Completion and Validation of completed works for Putting into Operations. • Previous experience in Performing commissioning and / or Start-up activities - Required. • Experience with Facility Acceptance requirements - in line with RoK regulations
