Contracts Specialist - VSA

• Prepare and comply Work Orders, Service Agreements with contractors etc., and all document required for contracts approval, contract reviews, contracts status reports and memos to supervisors of all levels; • Conduct negotiations on contracts, develops main directions of negotiations; • Maintain proper documentation and finalize contract terms with contractors or suppliers; • Interact with sponsor groups in developing main principles of contracting activities on specific projects for the purpose of TCO financial situation optimization; • Control compliance with all requirements of the company policies, JV Formation Agreement and applicable legislation; • Coordinate the entire tender process (bids reception, sending confirmations and explanations to bidders, bids assessment, negotiations and sending tender results to participants);

• Higher education (liberal arts or technical) • Principles and procedures of work with contracts • Contracting experience: min 1 yr • Negotiation skills • Act independently with minimum level of supervision • Attention to detail • Excellent knowledge of contracting and bidding process
