PTW Specialist 41A 41B 52C

 Direct report to MEIB PTW / MSW Lead.  Serve as PTW SME between MEIB Construction and Business Partners.  Permit Specialist is responsible for obtaining MEIB permits from the WRP / Business Partner PTW Specialist.  Checks PTW and associated documents to ensure all parts are adequately completed (including signatures) for all site works within area of responsibility.  Resolve PTW /PPHA questions between project construction team and Business Partners.  Maintain MEIB internal log all issued permits information in the PTW excel log and then close out in the excel log when the permit is completed  If require setting up and facilitate a PTW meeting with Business Partners PTW Specialist to identify work activities requiring Permits for the following day. Discuss activities planned with PA/AC and PIC/WRP

 Minimum years of total experience required for this position: 5  Minimum years of total industry experience required for this position: 5  Highest level of education required: University Degree  Working knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Power point
