Be part of a team in Safety and Environmental Performance
Coordinate meetings, prepare mobilizations and demobilizations of global vendor representatives
Coordinate all administration documents relating to the mob/demob of vendors
Update spreadsheets for planning and coordinating of vendor reps to come to site
Meeting and arranging VMS for visitors, hotel reservations and internal transport
Higher degree
Relevant work experience - not less than 5 years, preferably with travel /mobilization experience
Kaz;Rus; English – up-intermediate /Advanced
Computer software (e.g., MS Word, Excel,Visio,Power Point)
