 review Material Requisitions; evaluate Expediting requirements according to Project Criticality Rating System document 015-C002-QAC-PRO-PJV-000-00001-00 Rev H01;  prepare individual package Expediting plans; Issue for internal and Client review;  PO Handover meeting;  assign milestone/duration table with Logistics input;  set up PO Memo;  create ship groups based on FCA dates;  initiate contact with the supplier;  attend Kick Off Meetings; complete KOM Questionnaire with supplier;  obtain supplier's manufacturing schedule;  ensure supplier is aligned with contractual delivery obligations, including data, SQS requirements and invoicing compliance;  create and maintain package specific ACRs (Action Control Registers) for reporting to the project;  undertake risk assessment of the suppliers schedule with Engineering; mitigate risks; plan for emergencies; revise EP accordingly;  confirm manufacturing/fabrication locations;  receive Supplier Progress Reports to an agreed schedule;  continuously update MatMan and ACR's to reflect latest information;  file Email correspondence in Expediting Mailbox folders;  attend weekly Material Status Review (MSR) meeting; issue MOM's;  issue Materials Status Report to project;  impact Visits;  monitor materials/production. Identify and expedite resolution of outstanding issues/activities affecting the manufacturing/ fabrication schedule;  monitor RAS dates;  issue WOIs (Work Order Instructions) for shop expediting assignments. Expedite CVs for assignment nomination;  report and manage slippages;  close out of technical issues and outstanding actions (expedite engineering);  ensure priority documents obtain the relevant coding to progress suborders/manufacturing/fabrication and shipping release;  coordinate with the Supplier/SQS re ITP scheduling;  expedite and review SQS reports; log actions; drive resolution;  expedite NORFI submission from supplier;  expedite SQS FSRs/IRRs;  issue Ship Group Number (SGN) to supplier; request Shipping Documentation;  cursory review of Shipping Documents; issue to Logistics for regulatory requirements review/acceptance; liaise with supplier if further details/information required;  validate equipment is at an acceptable stage to ship (expedite engineering);  coordinate with the Supplier/SQS/Logistics for issue of Shipping Release Notes (SRNs);  raise and issue SRNs;  track shop expediting report submission/review and distribution;  other duties as assigned by line manager.
