Engineer Analyzer

Provides trouble-free operation of fluid flow analyzers at KTL, SGP and other TCO facilities within the service area. Monitors the technical condition and operational safety of fluid flow analyzers and interconnected equipment and takes measures to eliminate malfunctions. Provides technically competent operation of equipment (high-quality maintenance / timely preventive maintenance / repair work / replacement of faulty spare parts etc.) Timely informs Group Lead Engineer / Group Supervisor, providing reliable information on the progress of work and all incidents on the site. Provides the correct storage of instruments, spare parts, and other equipment on the site. Maintains technical and other documentation on sites, electronic databases. Monitors changes and makes changes.

Higher technical education (bachelor's or master's). At least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of fluid flow analyzers. Must know the laws of metrology as for physical and chemical methods of measurement, temperature measurement, flow rate of liquids and gases, knowledge of instrumentation equipment. Must have skills in working with analyzer software: AMETEK 3050/900/920/933 and SIEMENS MAXUM II chromatographs. Experience in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) JDE E1. Must be able to work independently, combine short-term and long-term priorities when working in a multicultural / multinational organization.
