1.Management of the sales team: Hiring, training and developing staff. Guiding and motivating employees. Setting individual and group shares, 2.Sales strategy development: Defining goals and development plans for the sales team. Developing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers. Analyzing the market and competitors to identify new opportunities. 3.Planning and Confrolling: Developing the sales department budget and its control. Planning and management of resources (human, financial, time and other). Monitoring the fulfillment of plans and achievement of goals. 4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients. Resolving client conflicts and problems. Ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Higher education. - Experience in a similar position from 3 years and above.
