Regularly monitor the work sites;
On weekly basis analyze maintenance results, performance ratios and indicators;
Draft work programs, divide into stages, make updates;
Operational projects;
Participate in drafting of contracts for works, ensuring compliance with their clauses and requirements;
Control and accept certificates, annexes, and contractors’ accounts;
Higher professional (technical or engineering and economic) education and work experience on the speciality, in the correlating type to the organization’s profile in the economic activity not less than 5 years.
