Employee Relations Manager

Develop and maintain effective relationships with government agencies and all business partners. Provides advice on regulatory and employment matters and managing all registrations and licenses. Provides operational support to all legislative processes and ensure compliance to public policies and objectives. Develops and implements improvement process for all immigration and labor records to be tracked and maintained through the established organization system Develop and manages periodical review, and communicating Government relations policies and processes to ensure organization compliances. Ensures to resolve immigration related issues in a timely manner

Minimum 8 year(s) working experience, 5 year(s) relevant working experience. Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
