Lead Mechanical Engineer

Monitoring the timely and high-quality development and approval of working and vendor documentation for the mechanical discipline prepared by EP/EPC contractors. Monitoring the timely and high-quality development and approval of working design documentation from equipment and material manufacturers (piping, pipeline valves). Addressing comments from the state project expertise (governmental review). Coordination with design institutes, licensors, equipment and material manufacturers, construction contractors, certification bodies, auditors, state expertise bodies, government authorities, and others. Reviewing and approving datasheets and vendor documentation for equipment, as well as requirements and specifications for material procurement. Verification of calculations, technical inspections of manufacturers, assessment of manufacturing facilities and equipment, and validation of material selection for equipment fabrication. Organizing and participating in supervision and audits during the fabrication, packaging, shipment, acceptance, installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment. Reviewing reports and technical specifications, providing comments and suggestions on plans and design solutions. Ensuring the adequacy of requirements for destructive and non-destructive testing, as well as inspections during equipment and piping fabrication and installation.

Education: Higher (postgraduate) technical/engineering education in a relevant specialty (preferred) Additional professional training: Certificates from ASME, IPMA, PMP, or other professional associations (preferred) Work experience: More than 3 years Proficient in using MS Office tools, EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems), Navis, AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat, and technical document management software.
