Lead Engineer for External Water Supply and Sewerage (EWS&S)

Monitoring design solutions for external utility networks for water supply and wastewater disposal (including technical water supply, fire protection systems, stormwater and domestic sewage systems) Reviewing design and working documentation prepared by contractor organizations (engineering companies) Participating in the approval of technical solutions and supporting the design process Ensuring compliance of design solutions with technical specifications (TS), the regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan, client requirements, and technical regulations Coordinating with related departments (Master Planning, HVAC, Process Engineering, Electrical, etc.) Participating in the acceptance of completed construction and installation works. Participating in commissioning and putting facilities into operation. Preparing technical reports, conclusions, and comments on design documentation.

Higher specialized education (in water supply and wastewater disposal, engineering systems) Work experience: At least 10 years, primarily in industrial or infrastructure projects Knowledge of the regulatory framework of the Republic of Kazakhstan (SN RK, SP RK), ability to read and analyze design documentation Experience working on the client side or in large EPC/EPCM projects is desirable Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; ability to work with project models (PDF/3D viewers, Navisworks is a plus)
