Terms and Conditions
1) Coordination and Control of Work:
Identifying, systematizing, and monitoring the risk status of the Company's business processes;
Forming/updating risk registers and risk maps based on the results of the comprehensive risk assessment of the Company;
Consolidating threshold values, conditional risk zones (risk appetite) of the Company, considering separate functional areas and in accordance with the internal and external environment;
Ensuring the consolidation of document flow in the risk management process.
2) Development, Updating, and Improvement within Business Processes and Functional Areas and Overall within the Company in the Established Procedure:
Policies, procedures, and structure for risk management;
Internal documents of the Company related to the risk management system and internal control.
3) Development and Execution of Plans (Programs) for the Implementation of Activities for the Introduction and Improvement of the Risk Management System, Including Compliance with Risk Limits.
4) Planning, Preparation, and Conducting Activities on Risk Management and Internal Control:
Regular meetings with risk owners of the Company to discuss issues in this area;
Internal and external audits in all structural divisions of the Company, as well as in the areas (types) of activities.
5) Ensuring the Development of a Risk Management Culture within the Company, Including Consulting Employees of Structural Divisions and Conducting Training Events on Risk Management and Internal Control.
6) Interaction within Competence:
With stakeholders (in the direction of activities);
With structural divisions of the Company – in accordance with developed and approved technological schemes, financial and economic processes, etc.
7) Full Execution of the Duties of the Senior Specialist and/or Compliance Officer – Manager during Their Temporary Absence.
8) Timely Provision (if necessary) of Reports on Completed Work.
9) Compliance with Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Environmental Protection Requirements as Provided in the Company’s Regulations.
10) Performing Official Tasks Assigned by Immediate and Higher Management.
Education: Higher education in finance, economics, or engineering and technology.
Additional Professional Training: Presence of a certificate and license in the field of risk management (preferably).
Experience: At least 3 years of work experience.
