Managing the Compliance Service, including coordinating activities, assigning tasks, and developing personnel under direct supervision Monitoring external regulatory requirements and best international practices on anti-corruption, corporate ethical values development, and risk management Ensuring the following: Development of methodologies for compliance and risk management systems Updating internal policies, regulations, and procedures related to anti-corruption within the Company Preparing compliance risk assessment reports (including corruption risks) and action plans to mitigate these risks Conducting awareness and training sessions on anti-corruption measures, fostering an anti-corruption culture and adherence to corporate ethics within the Company Controlling the implementation of: Identification and assessment of risks (including corruption risks) in key business processes affecting the achievement of Company objectives Monitoring the effectiveness of risk management methods Reviewing sanction and anti-corruption provisions in contract drafts, providing conclusions following compliance checks of legal entities regarding sanctions and other restrictions before entering contractual relations Taking measures to identify, monitor, and resolve conflicts of interest Ensuring confidentiality of: Information about the Company and its affiliates, including insider information obtained during compliance activities Identities of individuals reporting suspected or actual cases of corruption, violations of the corporate code of ethics, and other internal policies and procedures related to anti-corruption compliance Cooperating within scope of authority: With government authorities relevant to the function With Company departments according to established workflows and financial-economic processes Fully performing duties of the Risk Management Coordinator during their temporary absence Providing timely reports on activities performed when necessary Complying with safety, occupational health, fire safety, and environmental regulations as established by Company policies Executing instructions from direct and higher-level management
Education: Higher education in a relevant field; MBA/EMBA or LLM degree is preferred Additional professional training: Certification in international law or sanctions compliance is preferred Work experience: More than 5 years
