Senior IR Specialist

Carrying out work in the following areas within the scope of responsibility: Regulation of industrial (working conditions) and labor relations (employment, remuneration, etc.) within contractor organizations; Organization and implementation of a set of measures to assess the causes and conditions contributing to labor disputes within contractor teams, as well as measures to minimize them; Participation in the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at reducing social tensions in contractor organizations; Promoting principles and values that support a healthy psychological climate and establishing order in labor relations within contractor organizations; Creation and maintenance of statistical databases for monitoring contractor activities, participation in the development and support of a hotline channel, and monitoring social media; Participation in the development and implementation of comprehensive programs, policies, regulations, and initiatives aimed at improving labor and industrial relations and fostering a sustainable climate within contractor teams; Providing consultation to employees of contractor organizations on matters within the department’s area of competence; Fully performing the duties of the IR Coordinator during their temporary absence; Timely submission of reports on work performed (when required), including to the Deputy Director for IR; Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations established by the Company; Carrying out tasks assigned by immediate and senior supervisors (including the Deputy Director for IR).

Education: Higher education in a relevant field (Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, or Law). Additional professional training: Certificates in Industrial Relations (IR) are preferred. Work experience: At least 3 years.
