Terms and Conditions
Consolidation of "Plan-Fact-Forecast" data on Project Budget expenditures (execution, financing, and contracted volumes), including variance analysis and comments for assigned reports. Monitoring actual CAPEX execution and financing based on accounting data for assigned reports. Preparation of CAPEX performance reports for the Project Management and Shareholders for assigned reports. Preparation of the Annual Plan (execution and financing) for assigned reports. Preparation of factor analysis of Project budget execution for assigned reports. Timely notification of Management about potential underperformance or overperformance of annual and Project Budget execution and financing forecasts. Full execution of duties of the Deputy Director of the Project Budget Control Department during their temporary absence. Timely submission of progress reports (when required), including to the Deputy Director of the Project Budget Control Department. Compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements as per the Company's current regulations. Execution of other duties as assigned by immediate and senior management (including the Deputy Director of the Project Budget Control Department).
Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant field Additional professional training: – Work experience: More than 3 years
