Functional Responsibilities of the Position: Timely execution under assigned contracts of the following activities (as per established procedures): Development of target work execution plans by contractors, ensuring completeness, level of detail, structure, and scheduling in compliance with the approved project documentation, the overall project schedule, and consistency of planning data across reporting forms. Consolidation of summary (detailed) analytical reports on project implementation in accordance with management requirements and project procedures (in terms of timing, scope, priority, and criticality), on a weekly/monthly basis. Verification of contractor performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Monitoring of project schedule execution and forecasting deviations from approved completion dates. Monitoring and analysis under assigned contracts of: Project risks in terms of time, cost, and resources, and development of recommendations for corrective action plans. Contractor reports on the status of work in accordance with the project schedule. Root cause analysis of project delays. Participation in the preparation of materials under assigned contracts for review by senior executive bodies. Development and implementation of regulations, procedures, and methodological guidelines For project implementation models and methods of tracking and controlling project execution. Preparation of presentation materials on project progress and status. Coordination within the scope of assigned contracts with: Internal and external stakeholders regarding work schedules, penalties, planning and control requirements, and project structure. Internal Company departments according to approved technological schemes, financial and economic processes, etc. Development and implementation of risk mitigation measures To address project timeline extensions. Timely submission of reports on ongoing work to senior management, Including to the Deputy Director for Project Scheduling. Full performance of the duties of the Scheduling Coordinator During their temporary absence as assigned by direct management. Compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection regulations As established by the Company. Execution of other job-related assignments From immediate and higher-level supervisors (including the Deputy Director for Scheduling). Employee Rights (Within the Scope of Functional Duties): To request and obtain from Company departments any materials, documents, data, and other information necessary for the performance of job duties and assigned tasks. To submit proposals to immediate management for improving the department’s performance. To make decisions within the scope of the employee’s competence. To use the Company’s technical resources as needed to effectively perform job duties. To participate in professional training, retraining, and skill development programs as determined necessary by the Company. To review and approve documents within the department's competence and suggest corrective actions for identified deficiencies. To demand that the employer ensures safe working conditions necessary for the performance of assigned duties.
Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant field; Master’s degree in Management / Economics / Finance / MBA is preferred. Additional professional training: Primavera P6. IPMA, PMP (preferred) Work experience: More than 3 years
