Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Monitor project changes under assigned contracts, specifically for:
Regular reporting on project progress related to Pyrolysis, Polymerization, and Utilities Units
Development of periodic analytical reports, management reports, and presentations upon request
Preparation of consolidated and detailed weekly/monthly reports in accordance with project procedures and management requirements
Track and analyze project data, including:
Risk assessments (schedule, cost, resources) and development of recommendations for corrective actions
Monitoring work progress per CPM schedule based on contractor-provided reporting
Identification of the critical path and root causes of schedule delays
Develop and implement mitigation actions to minimize project delay risks.
Ensure development and implementation of change control procedures, including internal regulations, instructions, and guidelines related to change management.
Ensure proper execution and compliance with change control procedures under assigned contracts.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to:
Align project schedules and execution plans in light of approved changes
Cooperate with internal Company departments according to approved technical, financial, and operational workflows
Submit timely reports on performed work and change status to upper management, including the Deputy Director for Change Management.
Act as substitute for the MoC Coordinator or Lead Change Management Engineer during their absence, as delegated by management.
Comply with Company policies and regulations regarding occupational safety, fire safety, and environmental protection.
Execute additional duties and assignments as instructed by direct and senior management, including the Deputy Director for Change Management.
Education:
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant technical or engineering discipline.
Professional Training:
Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required
IPMA or PMP certification is preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in change management, project controls, or related areas within large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects
