Job Requirements
Terms and Conditions
Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees. Conduct classroom and on-site practical training sessions. Prepare training materials, manuals, handouts, and presentations. Evaluate employee performance during training and provide feedback. Maintain training records and track attendance and certification status. Assist in identifying training needs through job analysis and consultation. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Participate in audits and inspections related to training. Continuously improve training content and methodology based on feedback and best practices. Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager or Department Head.
Higher education in pedagogy, human resources management, technical sciences, occupational safety, or related fields. Experience in similar positions. Experience in conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions is preferred.
