Terms and Conditions
Prepare consolidated “Plan-Fact-Forecast” data summaries for contract execution, aligned with approved milestones and project schedules for assigned contracts. In collaboration with Contract Administrators, prepare financial planning and forecasting of budget utilization and disbursements for assigned contracts. Analyze reports and develop proposals for measures to meet budget execution and financing targets under assigned contracts. Monitor and verify actual expenditure and financing data for assigned contracts. Monitor contract execution status reports and inform Managers and responsible Contract Administrators on the status of contract implementation. Review and approve acts and invoices to verify their compliance with contractual terms related to pricing (excluding the Construction portion) for assigned contracts. Review and approve Change Orders under assigned contracts in terms of costs for Engineering, Procurement, and other components. Control reimbursable expenses (Reimb) under assigned contracts. Fully assume the duties of the Lead Cost Control Engineer (as designated by the immediate supervisor) during their temporary absence. Submit reports on performed activities in a timely manner (including to the Deputy Director for Contract Cost Control, if applicable). Comply with occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environmental protection requirements as per Company regulations. Perform other tasks assigned by immediate and senior supervisors (including the Deputy Director for Contract Cost Control).
Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant field. Additional Professional Training: Work Experience: More than 3 years of relevant professional experience.
