Monitor the operational condition of equipment in the TCO Medical Department; Investigate all equipment malfunctions to determine causes and eliminate faults; Oversee the execution of spare part orders and ensure proper installation; Prepare requests for spare parts, materials, and tools; Ensure timely calibration, adjustment, and repair of medical equipment; Monitor compliance with established timelines for preparing defect lists and repair requests; Provide consultation on the acquisition of new medical equipment; Perform routine and periodic preventive maintenance of medical equipment; Oversee annual technical maintenance by service providers to ensure electronic equipment safety and safe operating conditions, including certificate issuance; Participate in contract preparation with service companies and in the selection of new equipment; Attend manufacturer training courses on equipment operation and repair; Maintain technical service records for all medical equipment; Train users on specific types of medical equipment; Contribute to the development and implementation of standards and technical guidelines for equipment operation, maintenance, and repair; Maintain an inventory and passport system for equipment, update equipment passports after repairs, upgrades, or modifications, and prepare required technical documentation and reports.
Specialized secondary technical or higher technical education; At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
