• Maintains contact with the Emergency Management Team (EMT) On-Scene Commander and TCO Crisis Management Team during emergencies and disasters, reports on the situation and receives assignments. • Accept requests received by the Local Security Centers of the Security Service. • Maintains a chronology and reporting of incidents and events. • Updates information about the features of the protected facility, any changes in the location of security posts, routes of foot and mobile patrols, radio call signs, technical equipment of security systems at the facility and other information. • Registers and promptly reports incidents at the facility and technical failures observed in the operation of equipment and security systems. • Conducts continuous virtual patrols of facilities using CCTV cameras. • Verifies alarm signals in the protected area through video surveillance and interaction with security. • During the process of receiving and transmitting control over video cameras, the video operator ensures that position and viewing radius of cameras are set in accordance with operational requirements for the security of the facility. • Reviews archived video recordings to analyze the state of the protected object (zone), for the presence of alarm situations, identification of intruders and other production purposes. • Based on analysis, lessons learned makes rational suggestions to the supervisor for improvement of physical security measures for facilities.

Higher technical education (in the fields of Security, Information Technology, Information Security or related specialties). Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Outlook, Microsoft Teams Meeting. Experience with software and integrated systems for access control and management, video surveillance, perimeter security and radio communications. Work with computer databases.
