Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to candidate placement Develop and post job advertisements across relevant recruitment platforms Source and screen candidates through job boards, databases, social media, and professional networks Review CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates against job requirements Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR Experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and interview techniques
