Specialist, Physical Security

Develops and maintains an annual schedule for physical surveys of the Company's facilities. Provides management with comprehensive and quality reports that issue reasonable and cost-effective alternatives to protect company facilities, assets, and personnel that are applicable to identified vulnerabilities; · Ensures implementation of recommended site security systems by working closely with facility owners (FOs) and their representatives, meeting regularly with FOs on site, taking minutes of meetings through an agreed format to monitor progress of decisions/actions. · Plans and conducts routine technical and physical security assessments at construction sites, storage areas, facilities at any stage of construction. Based on the results of the assessment, makes recommendations to address vulnerabilities and monitors its implementation. · Examines project documentation on the planned implementation of technical controls at the facility/site, performs risk assessment on physical security issues, provides recommendations in accordance with the requirements for the facility’s security level. · Provides consultation to security personnel and security contracting companies on physical surveys of facilities and identification of unsecured locations. · Participates in the Acceptance of Installed Security Equipment and physical security measures for facilities in accordance with established Company processes and notes/reports physical security deficiencies identified during the inspection/acceptance process. · Inspects installed physical and technical safety equipment for compliance with design documentation and operational requirements and quality control. · Maintains a database of physical and technical security systems

Higher technical (radio engineering, instrument engineering) or legal education. · Work experience: 3 years of experience in security threat/risk assessment, ITSO implementation. · Language skills: English - Intermediate, Russian, Kazakh. · PC knowledge and skills: Advanced MS Office user (Outlook, Power Point, Visio, Excell, Word) Must be familiar with systems such as: integrated access control and alarm system; an application that allows centralized control and monitoring from CCTV cameras; A platform for automated security processes with management functions, integration capabilities and video surveillance solutions.
