Experience in preparing, reviewing, and submitting mandatory environmental reports and environmental payment calculations in accordance with Kazakhstan legislation; understanding of environmental data collection, verification, analysis, and consolidation processes Knowledge of Kazakhstan environmental legislation and requirements relating to emissions, waste, greenhouse gases, AEMS, BAT, CEP, environmental permits, expert reviews, and public hearings Knowledge of environmental engineering, design, calculation methodologies, emissions permitting, waste and sulfur management, and oil and gas industry processes and equipment Ability to interpret legislation, assess its impact on Company activities, and develop solutions that balance technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and cost effectiveness Skills in complex data analysis, negotiation, preparation of structured presentations and business correspondence, coordination of cross-functional teams, and independent priority management

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Environmental Protection, Chemical Technology, Oil and Gas Processing Technology, Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental, process/production technology, or operation of oil and gas or chemical facilities
