Ainur Davletova and Altynai Akylbek from the recruitment team shared practical advice on writing an effective CV, preparing for interviews, and using AI capabilities. Through clear examples, they explained what to focus on and which common mistakes to avoid.

During practice interviews, students received feedback on their CVs and how they presented themselves to employers. They were also provided with ready-to-use AI prompts developed by Bolashak Group recruiters to support their job search.

The workshops also covered reporting safety risks and near misses, situations that could have led to an accident. A career in industry brings responsibility for personal and workplace safety, so the habit of noticing and reporting potential risks should begin while students are still at college.
