Responsible for overall ITSM framework implementation and improvements to ensure compliance as per written procedures and best practices in collaboration with respective ITSM stakeholders, i.e. Cyber Security Technical Lead, TCO Digital Support Groups, central Chevron teams, ITSM Process Owners and Coordinators. - Coordinate and facilitate ITSM processes, i.e. Change Management and Maintenance Nights (MN), Key Production Environments (KPE) Reliability and Availability, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Master Service Level Agreement (SLA), Critical Incident Management (CIM), Digital Call-Out List and other processes as guided
Working experience around 1 year or more as business analyst or ITSM specialist is a plus. - Experience of working in TCO and positive feedbacks from line supervisors is a plus. - Develop documentation, presentations and other information materials to engage stakeholders.- Knowledge and understanding of ITSM processes, especially Change Management and Root Cause Analysis - Be flexible to work out of normal working hours as required and as per ITSM processes, i.e. MNs coordination - Proactive, self-directed with minimal supervision, leads and owns initiatives, communicative, agile, quick learner
