Coordinator for Control (Budgeting Management)

Functional Responsibilities for this Position: Performing work to ensure the Company’s economic activities aimed at increasing production efficiency and profitability through the optimal use of material, labor, and financial resources. Organizing, monitoring, and analyzing within established procedures and own competence: Execution of key indicators within the approved budget; Implementation of activities for the targeted expenditure of funds within the approved budget; Procedures for compliance with budget limits and implementation of measures to ensure cost-saving mode. Preparing the required reporting on the execution of the Company’s budget indicators (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports) within own competence. Participating within own competence: Reviewing the procurement plan for goods, works, and services within the approved budget; Developing proposals aimed at ensuring solvency, reducing costs, and strengthening financial discipline; Agreeing on contract drafts in terms of compliance with the approved budget indicators and making necessary adjustments. Interacting within own competence: With government bodies (in the relevant field); With structural divisions of the Company – in accordance with developed and approved technological schemes, financial and economic processes, etc. Providing consultation to employees of structural divisions of the Company on issues within the competence of the structural division. Timely provision of reports on completed work to higher management. Fully executing the duties of a coordinator (senior specialist), as determined by the immediate supervisor (within the staff schedule), and/or the budgeting department head during their temporary absence. Compliance with health and safety, fire safety, environmental protection requirements as provided in the Company’s regulations. Performing official tasks assigned by immediate and higher management.

Education: Higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant field. Additional Professional Training: Experience: More than 3 years of work experience.
