Terms and Conditions
Proven expertise in capital expenditure (CAPEX) budget control.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in English (in addition to Kazakh or Russian).
Strategic thinking and vision.
Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge.
Flexibility and openness to change.
Effective communication and relationship management within a team.
Strong risk analysis and decision-making abilities under uncertainty.
High level of organization and time management, including task coordination and resource allocation.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, electronic document management systems (EDMS), and technical documentation software.
Education:
Higher (or postgraduate) education in a relevant field.
Additional Professional Training:
Not required.
Work Experience:
More than 3 years of relevant experience.
