Procurement Senior Buyer

1. Exercise the accountabilities and responsibilities of the Job Title in adherence to procedures and guidelines of Company. 2. Lead and monitor all Company procurement activities and ensure timely award of contracts/amendments and their compliance with Company policies and procedures. 3. Coordinate the bidding process, tender evaluation, and negotiating activities with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective availability of goods and services of the required quality. 4. Coordinate the Due Diligence assessment of vendors. 5. Ensure a quality check of Technical Evaluation Plans, Purchase requisitions. 6. Analyse and monitor main procurement KPI’s including but not limited to procurement lead time, ratio of tenders, direct awards and amendments, etc. 7. Ensure compliance with the Company applicable procedures and guidelines. 8. Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work processes and working co-operatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

• High University degree (in Economics, Law, Engineering or other relevant degree). • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement in Oil & Gas sector, experience in Contracting and Procurement.
