Terms and Conditions
• Manage personnel crew change operations in a professional manner.
• Maintain high level of visibility in overall Crew Change of Tengiz personnel.
• Establish and maintain a contact with the parties involved (TCO Departments, Business Partners, Government bodies) ensuring alignment with internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with the regulations/requirements imposed by Kazakhstani state authorities and TCO management.
• Actively monitor the situation around crew change operations to foresee any risks, opportunities for improvement as well as to identify solutions in advance.
• Analyze crew change data and propose recommendations as to the best course of actions.
• Implement ‘best-in-class’ continuous improvement strategy.
• Execute overall coordination, communication and management of Company-committed isolation facilities.
• Monitor isolation camps’ occupancy reports to manage the demand and facilitate smooth isolation/release-to-work of personnel.
• Forecast any possible scenarios in crew change operations and report relevant outcomes.
• Coordinate the isolation process ensuring compliance with TCO and RoK requirements.
• Validate the sufficiency of isolation rooms, transportation capacity as well as any other crew change constraints.
• Verify the data presented in different Booking Systems and ensure it is in-alignment with the existing procedures.
• Work closely with admin assistants, travel coordinators, camp representatives, medical and transportation teams.
• Provide technical support and maintain safe operation of the existing crew change digital systems.
• Monitor quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the use of different isolation facilities, permanent accommodation rooms, medical beds, transit hubs.
• Coordinate crew change process for expatriate employees.
• Collect an information on the crew change of expats and further communicate to responsible stakeholders.
• Ensure proper reporting and activity updates to management.
• Keeps track of all the latest changes in areas affecting company logistics.
• Timely communication of changes. Provide guidance and/or training of personnel impacted by changes.
• Work with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change.
• Monitor crew change plan anticipating Company’s future needs.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain exceptional working relations with all stakeholders.

• Education is Higher technical or economic education
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Work experience at least 3 years of experience in similar position or supply chain
